RACE REPORT: We Need More Cowbell Cyclocross Race

On Sunday, September 28th Team905 p/b Steelmark Business Services was at Burgoyne Woods Park in St. Catharines for Ontario Cycling Cyclocross O-CUP #1 – We Need More Cowbell Cross Race.

We love this home town race, which is organized by 905er Nathan Chown and supported by many local volunteers. Being able to stay local makes this race a must do! This marked the 8th installment of the “Cowbell Cross” and it has become a highlight race on the Ontario cyclocross calendar!

Race day was greeted with unbelievably warm weather (25+, sunny, no wind) and a course that was bone dry and fast!

Here is our race report in pictures!

Big thanks to our team partners: Steelmark Business Services, Wellbrook Plumbing, Mortgage Intelligence Niagara, Inception Cyclery, ClifBar, HoneyMaxx, Rumble Super Shake, Cat5 Gear, Sports Suds, Waving Cat Media, Schwalbe Tires, Smith Optics.

As always, we race to raise awareness and support for Cystic Fibrosis Niagara and Autism Ontario.

Thank you to Andrew (SlowBurnRacing) and Brandon (Inception Cyclery) for contributing their photos.
