UPDATE – Nov. 26, 2013.  So, I didn’t hear back from one winner and had to select another random number.  In this case it was #10, which is Peter… hopefully Peter replies!

In case you’re interested, here is the random selection process that we used:

1. compile all the entrants (with multiple entries if applicable) in a spreadsheet
2. Use a formula to assign a random number to each entry – 

   =LARGE(ROW($A$1:$A$19)*NOT(COUNTIF($A$1:A1, ROW($A$1:$A$19))), RANDBETWEEN(1,20-ROW(A1)))

3. Use a random number generator to select 3 numbers
4. Identify the winners based on the randomly generated numbers
