The 2013/2014 winter has had a tight grip on the Southern Ontario region. Just yesterday we watched 20+cm of snow blanket the region, which the “experts” classified as a BLIZZARD. And get this, it was +12c the day before!
So, rather than get all bent of shape about it, I thought I would embrace this recent blast of winter and share my first experience snowshoeing.
Snowshoeing is a great way to enjoy the outdoors during the winter months and provides plenty of physical effort, which is great for off season training.
This video was captured in early February on a great trail system behind Brock University.
